Im looking for a indoor Heart rate monitor that counts calories during my crossfit workouts and all I want is a chest trap and not with a foot pod.

I know of sealfit which has some real good workouts. Also brass ring fitness does but do they have a new workout everyday? When I look at the archives they seem to have workouts posted sporatically n not every day. Anyone know of any other sites that give daily workouts? Thanks

anyone tried it/doing it? im thinking it might lead to overtraining, but my diet is strictly whole foods and the only supps i take are protein powder (at the right times), healthy fats, green tea, and multivitamins. its clear that crossfit will get you ridiculously ripped, but im also pretty concerned with hypertrophy. any suggestions?

im 14, 5′7, weigh 173, dropping down to about 160 155 in the process of gaining muscle to with a workout prgram of Crossfit (awesome!) ok i bench 120 about 5 times(itll get better)
