    It really does not matter how you work out.

    If you have the genes then the rest will fall into place.

    I have tried everything from A-Z and I have found that nothing works better than the other.

    It’s just that people get board and when they try something new they think “Wow this really feels like it works”

    For years the rower have to dust that thing off at other gyms just to use it good job oh and press was doing it.

    See the way the kettlebell droops downward as he is at the top of the swing? This indicates he is using his arms and back to raise the kettlebell rather than letting the momentum of his hip thrust drive the kettlebell upwards. His arms and hands should merely act as hooks to hold the kettlebell and contribute nothing in the way of upward momentum. The swing is generated by the upward thrust from your legs and hips. There are videos on Youtube that demonstrate proper form.
