Great article. I started running one and half years ago with my wife, who was already an experienced runner. What a sport. I love it, and together we have done a number of 5 and 10K runs, and are training for our second half marathon. The last time I enjoyed a sport like this was high school, longer ago than i care to remember.
I would recommend running to anyone who is able to, for all the reasons stated in the article- and just the pure fun of it.

good stuff here. I'm with you on the patience part. Training for a marathon takes a lot of patience but it is so worth it to me in the end. thanks

I am on a quest to run half a marathon (21k) in May and every bit of inspiration I can get puts me a bit closer.
My original goal was Bolder Boulder (10k) but fate had something else in store...
One thing I think was needed for me was motivation through a specific goal.
	Thanks!
