i need help running. i suck. breathing excersizes would be nice if u could list some and tell how to do them. and i need excersizes to make my legs stronger. Also how can i make myself faster? PLEASE HELP!

Running takes a long time to get good at. Its not something where you can just go out for a 5 mile run. Its gradual training. One thing about training is every other day do a little "workout session" consisiting of crunches, pushes, lunges, etc…this will make your core and legs stronger.
okay, so first with your breathing, you just need to work on opening up your lungs and stuff like that. the only way to do that is to run. start off slow with easy, short runs. you can so drills like short sprints with jogging in between to make your legs stronger too. to make yourself faster, its all about practice. make sure your run at least 5 days a week. unless you are on a track team, then just make sure you make no excuses and go to practice every day. hope this hlps. – emily
