Ok first off who hates running cause i know i do! Well anyway does anyone know way to become a better runner.? Not fast but be able just to run better.

I am also a cross country runner, but i was not to begin with. I hated it with my whole heart when i first started. If you begin and are having serious trouble and immediately think about quitting, commit to doing it for at least two weeks. I guarantee it will start feeling better after the first week or so. Also, don’t focus too much on time or distance. Run until you are happy. Eating as an athlete is also different than a normal diet, runners need different nutrients. I would recommend finding a diet that works for you. Train with friends or music; it helps too. And realize, you almost always feel better after running than you did when you started!
Run more and stretch before you run.
I hate running. I live in the back of the pack.
It gets easier the more you run, just keep at it. Its all about breaking through the wall and getting to where it is easy.
Well, I am a varsity cross-country runner and I love to run. One thing that could be stopping you from getting better is that you hate it because why would you do something that you hate? So, you might want to learn to like it, and these tips might help you. Drink a lot of water the day before, but do not drink water right before you run because you will get cramps. Stretch lightly so that your muscles are warmed up, but nothing more because your muscles will get very sore if you over-stretch. Pace yourself. Try to run further/longer every time you run to build up your stamina. I hope I helped! Happy running!

Well, if you want to become a better runner and if you’re new then start running once or twice a week. Don’t run for too long right when you start or you may get hurt. Also, make sure you drink lots of water and stretch before running. Good luck!
Running is definitely a love hate relationship for me…but i’ve been doing it for a couple years and can’t stop now.
How far do you run now? Running can be a hard sport to do alone. If you look online you can find a local running club. They have coaches and a training program for you which makes it easier to improve your running. You can also find training programs online.

Running isn’t necessarily my favorite thing to do either. It’s not much fun, and as a cross country and track runner, the workouts are quite difficult. I find running on my own with music or a friend to be the best solution. Being a better runner involves dedication to running almost everyday. Eating better contributes to a better run, but most importantly you have to understand that running is a mental sport. If you constantly consider the negatives, it gets harder to motivate yourself! So as a start, get out and run!
