I just want to know..
I’ve been working on my mile for like a couple weeks
My mile first started at 12:08
i stopped running the mile for like a week and did sprints
Yesterday i ran a 10:54 mile. Is that bad or good. like a time for a mile.
and how can i improve it, my endurance and stamina aren’t amazing, but i go to the gym everyday and i have been for awhile./

it’s not good…i started running around 2 months ago and every week i increased my distance…i would run without worrying too much about pace…now i’m doing 5 miles a day and noticed that by the one mile mark i am not tired at all…you should try to increase your distance and with that your stamina will also increase improving your mile time…i would say 8 minutes is good
thats not very good the average for a good mile depending on ur age is like 7:00 good for youfor going to the gym! keep running all the time
its not bad matey, the best advice to improve your time is persistance and run longer! i run 1.5 miles 3 times a week and my mile time is around 6.40 and 1.5m is between 9.50-10.00 i have been running for about 5-6 months so just keep with it!
