Look into asics. I wear the asics evolution which is a little bit heavier of a shoe, but its the best shoe I’ve ever worn. Asics has the best support and the most comfort and they make several different types to fit your needs. They hold together longer than say a Nike which breaks down incredibly fast.

It really depends on your feet. If I were you I would go to a store that specializes in running shoes. We have one in Minnesota called the Running Room. It has employees that can look at your feet and your running style and sell you the perfect pair of shoes.

I like Puma. the style of it is simple but health for us.

Nike’s work really well for arches, I run track also, and have MAJOR arches in my feet. I use Nikes and Brooks.
Either brand work well- but you need to go to a store to find specifically what shoe by that brand feels comfortable.

Everyone is different, you have to be goldie locks in trying on the most comfortable footwear for your feet . I wear Nike , New Balance or Aasics.

Hint: Pick a shoe with a thicker sole, it has much less tension on your puppies .

i always like NIKE, it simply is the best. they have wide varity and i think you will be able to find a good pair that are arched

    nike shocks…they are great!

Are they wide? Do you pronate or overpronate? More info is needed to really tell you which shoes are best. If you have a high arch, you might be comfortable in Nikes or Asics, Sauconys or New Balance. I just need more info about your feet to help you better.

arched feet ay? well plenty of brands including nike adidas make shoes that like have a arch in the inside and from the outside almost look like there is a place missing they extremely comfortable or if u do not like that consider nike shocks

I have been running for 8 years now. Though I am biased towards Nike as a brand, I would recommend you to go to a running-specific store, like Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC. They can help you find the right shoe because people buy shoes that aren’t necssarily right for their feet, but more comfortable or fashionable. But after you get the correct shoes or even if you haven’t, I would go to any major athletics store and ask the sales associates. Good luck!!!

Nike im not saying all the other marks are bad for example allstars there cool but for the winter there not the best quality so watch out for the matierial !

  20. kakasaku08 says:

It depends on your style, but I prefer Asics and Addidas. They are very comfortable and the better styles which range about $100 cushion your feet, sometimes air them out, or come with reflectors built onto them if you’re going running in the evening or night.

i really like BROOks running shoes. they are amazing. oh and don’t get NIKE they just look pretty, but nooo..

  22. Afroman444 says:
