Hi, usually while running my stomach makes weird swishing-like noises when I run. Sometimes they get really loud too but they don’t cause cramps. I don’t eat anything for 2 hours before I run and it still happens. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Since you indicated that you have given your stomach had enough time to digest, the most likely cause of the swishing motion is that air pockets are being released. Lots of people get it. But, your problem could be with your warm-up. Your fix is warm up your body properly with a 800 meter jog followed with some good dynamic stretching. If you don’t already know what dynamic stretches are LOOK IT UP, really, static stretching does not cut it. With the dynamic stretching, you will also become less prone to injury.
