I am going to buy a new pair of running shoes soon and I need some advice on what to buy. I run middle distance to long distance, and also cross country in the fall. Also, would I need spikes?

If you are serious about racing you need to get spikes.
I have used every brand on the market and like Addias best, even though others make good shoes.
It is a personal choice as to which shoe and model you like.
I was never comfortable in spikes for middle distance, you don’t need them really, flats work just fine. I tend to favor Nike and ASICS, but most running shoe brands have some good styles, its a matter of going to the store and trying on some of them to find out. Everybody is different.
The most important thing is comfort. You want shoes that you can put a lot of miles in that won’t hurt your feet.
One thing that I’ve found is that you can often get last year’s styles on sale now because they’re trying to make room for new stock. That means top of the line shoes at very good prices.
I try to find the best place for you to buy shoes.
The prices are good and FREE Shipping.
