I have always ran a lot and recently moved about half a mile from the beach. I have been running in Brooks the past few years have ran in rain and they have been confortable even when pretty wet. I am wondering if there are any specific shoes that would be better for beach running?

I go with barefeet when I train on beaches. it’s a nice change from wearing shoes and your stabilizers work harder because you don’t have an even platform like the soles of your shoes.
barefoot!
Barefoot or something like the Vibram Fivefinger if you want to protect your feet from stuff that is usually hidden in the sand.
