Best cross training martial art for wrestling?

What is the best martial art to practice in order to further folkstyle wrestling skills. This is for a hight school age wrestler.

    i am surprized that you did not know this, the answer my friend, is Judo. Every national league wrestler i know started judo at least three years before, because it is far more advanced. If not Judo, then see if you can find yourself a brazillian jujitsu dojo somewhere. Basically all it is, is judo or jujitsu (which judo was derived from, Jigoro Kano took all of the grappling and submissive techniques and made a gentler martial art that one could use all his life and not be a broken down husk by the time he was 50, and it is great for self defence.) without any tai chi waza (standing techniques) all groundwork.
