ok first of all u need bulk to build muscle. eat a little more protein and maybe have a protien shake. then do some sit ups, or if ur really daring, do some inverted ones. (an inverted sit up is when u hang upside down from a bar and do a crunch) but running is key to building cardio strenght and stamina. start with a mile a day for a week, then 2 miles a day for 3 weeks, then 3 miles a day for 5 weeks. you put in the miles, itll pay off. i run all year round (cross country, winter track, and spring track) i love it, and it helps you alot. just make sure you always are eating the right way and dont let yourself go, just because your in shape doesnt mean that you can eat junk food. jsut make a workout schedule, STRETCH DAILY AND BEFORE WORKOUTS, and just have fun with it. the more fun you make working out, the more determination youll have to do it.
