		<description>same here! swimming is soooo good for dancers to do because it is really good for the joints. Take yoga and pilates at ur community center or the YMCA!! also many studios and schools offer open classes which is also nice becuase u cn go when u feel lke it</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t know enough about rhythmic gymnastics, so it&#039;s hard to say.

I always recommend Pilates.  It was designed to supplement a dancer&#039;s training, without interfering.  It is probably the best cross-training out there for a ballerina.  Plus, there are lots of great videos available.

Remember to stretch like you would during class, and do other exercises from your classes.
