running and cross training advice…..?

i have been doing a good amount of running and cross training over the past month and when i first started i felt great and energized after my workouts and runs but for the past week or so i have felt tired and out of energy before, during and especially after my workouts, is there a reason why? is there anything i can do to go back to normal?

    its normal just give a break for one or two days to the heavy workouts
