Some things to do for cross training…xc?

my xc team has team runs on monday, tuesday, thursday and friday. wednesday is supposed to be a cross training day by ourselves…the coach said some things to do would be biking or swimming, but i don’t have a bike or access to a swimming pool. would it be okay if i ran by myself anyway? or should i do aerobics? any suggestions are appreciated. thanks!!

    You should do some aerobics, then go for a shorter run.

    I suggest that you rest because its early season don’t burn your self out but if you insist on doing something try doing light strength training low mass high reps you could also use Wednesday for speed training ie do 15 x 100m at 85% with 30-40sec rest.

    yes i think u should run, maybe a little shorter run then ur usual so u can recover.
