I recomend using a dvd on a treadmill while at home during your relax time :) (if such time exists).

You can build your body up very quickly the NATURAL way if you try, and don’t get bored to fast.

Consult your doctor PRIOR to starting for a complete check up to make sure your body can handle it though.

I started with a brisk 5 mile run, then to 10 mile, then stopped at 15 every day while watching television, or between chores, or work. Once your body has adjusted, take off for your REAL work. meaning, start outside in small areas, up hill, down hill, etc. and make fun out of your walks, take your children, husband/wife friend.

This helps quite a bit if you get bored easily.

    Hope this helps :)

Grab your iPod, or a radio, and a treadmill, or some portable music device, and a trail though the woods, with hills and stuff, that’s how I train.
