What food should I eat while training for cross country?

Lookin for some stuff to add on to my list.As you can see I dont have much.Just list some foods so I can have a variety to choose from.Thanks!

Breakfast:Oatmeal

Lunch:Turkey Sandwich,baked chips.

Dinner:Chicken and rice,pasta

Snacks:Bananas

    that looks like a good list. pasta is the thing that will help you the most because it give you complex carbohydrates which give you extra energy to be able to last longer in runs and not to get tiered as easily. also drink lots of water and stay away from carbonated drinks which lower the oxygen supply to your blood. good luck
