Pasta is an excellent source of carbohydrates, which is helpful for long distance running.

I would just recommend going 400 calories over the recommended intake for your body type.

Fish is also pretty good; all in all I just think you should make smart decisions with food.

when I ran (about 3-4 miles a day) for fun(didn't join HS team), I didn't mind my diet too much - but I understand why you would be concerned. I had all the chips I wanted _-

I would remove the baked chips and replace it with an apple, and remove the pasta and replace that with some kind of veggie like carrots or broccoli. And drink milk for protein it will help.
