Im going to a boxing gym twice a week but I want to find a way to train at home as well as in the gym. Is there a routine you could give me? If so, please do. Also, I do crossfit which takes care of weights. What will help me with striking?

I go to the gym 3 times a week.

At home I only have a heavy bag. I hit it for about 45minutes, you can do 3-4 rounds of 3minutes.
    I skip for about 15minutes
Do pull ups, push ups, crunches!
Shadow box 3rounds of 2 minutes.
Try shadow boxing to music and follow the beat for each move you do.
    Go for 1-5mile runs.
