Hi, I’m 17 and kinda thin and I’ve decided that this summer I would build up some muscle…
I don’t live close to any good gyms so I’ll only be able to go to one occasionally…
What’s a good but simple fitness routine that can be done at home to build up some muscle? Thanks…

Some basic but effective exercises that you can do at home without any equipment would be push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups(on a tree branch), and lifting and moving furniture is good if you don’t want to buy any weights.
If you do want to buy some weights I would recommend dumbbells, which are the single hand-held weights and get an exercise ball. You can do some good stability exercises on the ball like presses and flyes. Sit-ups are good on a ball as well. Good thing about an exercise ball and dumbbells is that they easily store out of the way when not in use.
