The elderly of course:they cannot or will not get out of their comfortable chairs watching television.
Have Oprah do a show for them to motivate them to start moving again:30 minutes a day at least.
And they miss not one show of her so that might do the trick

I’m sitting here half asleep, wondering exactly what this question could possibly have to do with Men’s Health.
An obvious answer would be fat people. But I don’t feel like being stupid right now.
