What’s the breakdown of a triathlon again? You run X miles, swim X mile(s), and bike for X miles…
Anyway, have you ever been in one before? What was it like? My friend just entered a local triathlon and came in 3rd in her bracket. I’m happy for her! 
How long in advance would you have to prepare for one? Share with me your story, if you have one.

Why would she do that? It just seems like hard work but I have watched a few triathlons.
