How can i start running again?

4 Months ago I ran as fast as I could..I kept running and my knees felt weak and I fell brusing my hand and knees. I couldnt move my right hand a little. Ive recovered. Everytime I run now, i have a fear of hurting my self and falling face flat. How can I get over that?

I have 4 months to train for cross country.
I have gotten really out of shape since basketball ended and im really interested in doing cross country this year. But i need to train, hard. What are the foods i should be eating? What should i avoid?
And exercise wise? What excersises should i be doing? How long should i be running? When should i be running? Stuff like that. Please help me.
Entering my first Triathlon, can someone give me advice on proper training and equipment?

I’m going to enter in my first Triathlon in about 4 months and I was searching for some advice. I have no idea what I’m in store for so I was hoping that someone can give me some tips on training, equipment, etc. or any other sort of advice. Also, I have no idea what kind of bike to get. I don’t want to spend too much though
It’s a .75k swim, 20k bike, and 5k run

I decided to end my Track season early and start preparing for Cross Country. I ended it early because i know that i am not a track type of guy. So what are some good workout to do for Cross country. the season is only about 4 months away.
