Daly City Triathlon Club competing in Rancho Seco Park Sprint Triathlon. We hope to motivate those always wanting to do a triathlon, or looking to change to a healthier lifestyle. How many days of cross training should I do a week?

I have been doing the following:
1. Fitness runs on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. (40-60 minutes comfortable)
2. Strength run on Wednesday. (10-15 minute tempo w/ one mile warm up and cool down)
3. Endurance run on Sunday. (60-90 minutes comfortable)
4. What I call cross training on Saturday (bike or swim for 30 minutes)
Should I be doing more cross training or different kinds of cross training? What has helped to run your fastest times once you got onto the track in the spring? I run the 800m, 1500m, and 3000m, not in any particular order.
How much Long Distance Running do Professional Soccer Players do for training?

It seems like pro soccer players at the highest level like the World Cup would have to do serious running, but how much do they actually run when it comes to having endurance for the whole game? By miles or by time is what I am looking for. I realize they train for speed as well, but this is asking for the long distance running amounts.
I’m not talking about how much they run in a game by the way, because it would probably be less than they actually train for.

I just want to know..
I’ve been working on my mile for like a couple weeks
My mile first started at 12:08
i stopped running the mile for like a week and did sprints
Yesterday i ran a 10:54 mile. Is that bad or good. like a time for a mile.
and how can i improve it, my endurance and stamina aren’t amazing, but i go to the gym everyday and i have been for awhile./

I’m a beginner at cross country so i cover at least a couple of miles a day, but i’m having trouble building my endurance, and I feel extremely uncomfortable when I run. What is the correct form for running? Also, are there any type of workouts or diet plans that i could do alongside my running to help strengthen the appropriate muscles?
What are the benefits of running up hill instead of a flat level surface?

I am 15 years old with a weight of 116 lbs. My main goal is to accomplish 2 miles in under 12 minutes but that is not imperative to accomplish. What I’m looking for is a running plan that isn’t to hard but will noticably improve my endurance. Hopefully its not too much to ask.. Thank you in advance to the answers guys it really does mean a lot. It’s greatly appreciated thanks!!

I want to start running in order to get into shape, lose weight, build disipline and endurance, and just because I want to form a healthy habit. But the thing is I don’t have the motivation to make it a routine/habit.
