Am I throwing hard enough?

I am almost 15, will be a few days before baseball starts. I weight a little under 130 and I am 5’4”. I was gunned in at 74 mph a couple months ago but due to olympic weight lifting, and CrossFit, I would say ive added a good 3-4 mph at least. My question is should a freshman my size be throwing harder?

I have never participated in cross country. I will be a freshman next year and want to join the team. I need help with training over the summer. Like what to eat, do i lift weights, a running schedule.

Im a freshman @ park vista high school in lake worth florida and my 40 time is 4.70, and i think the coaches are thinking about moving me up to jv, and i wanna get faster and i’ve always heard that running on the beach helps the lower body. How does running on the beach helpful to the body in general?

Hey, I’m a freshman in high school and finished my first season running XC in November. I took about a month off of running because my doctor told me I was at high risk for stress fractures, and then I started softball training. However, softball training at my school involves very little running, and I really want to start working NOW to get my times down for next fall’s cross country season. I have about 6 months until summer workouts with the team begin, and 8 months until competition.
Is it possible to knock off 3 or 4 minutes off my 5K time? Can anyone tell me how much I should increase my mileage each week if this week I am starting with 2.75 miles a day? Can anyone give me advice on eating, cross training, mile plans? Thanks so much!

Im a freshman in high school.
I ran 4-5 times a week with 3-4 miles each time.

I am a sophomore in high school, pretty good runner. Ran a 17:42 3 mile as a Freshman; I was injured as a sophomore for cross country too.

I ran cross country as a freshman last year and I enjoyed it but this year i don’t know. It seems like you need a lot of commitment for cross country and I find that hard to deal with and school. What should i do??

I dont think they really deserve to run I think mostly every runner does run but then again I hate my team im the only one who trains with 30-40 miles a week and im barely a freshman going to be a sophmore
