I'm looking for a half-ironman triathlon in Colorado to do sometime in summer 2010. Any suggestions?

Preferably something not too difficult… I’ve only done one triathlon twice (it was the Salida Tenderfoot and that race is olympic-sized), so I’m guessing a half-ironman is going to be a lot more challenging

Nutrition during half ironman distance triathlon?

I am going to race my first half ironman distance triathlon in early October, previosuly I have done Olympic distance. I am concerned about the nutrion aspect as for the Olympic’s i just used Gels and Gatorade. But this race is a lot longer…any thoughts?
