Any flaw in your “Power Chain” will be exposed with the use of elastic tubes. You will feel the floating support of the water and develop an awareness of the proper body position. If you drop your elbows and lose the connection from the hand, through the elbow to the shoulders, you will feel your body begin to sink as your power development and support decrease.
