Rowing is a strength endurance sport with a huge emphasis on the legs, and I feel like rugby is kind of the same way. I don’t actually know this it just seems very physical and it goes for 80 minutes. So anyway would Rugby be a good way to keep me in shape during my offseason for crew?
I used to do a lot of combat sports so Im used to getting hit on some level.

How can I fix my running form, because it is more of a jump than a run?

My coach told me that while I run, it is a jump rather than a run. How can I fix this? This ultimately destroys me at running and destroys my full potiential. Also, my legs are in pain and are killing me during my run, but they don’t hurt anymore when I stop running. Do I need to use my knees more or what?

Everytime, I start running on the treadmill after not running for awhile, I get this horrible stinging in my legs that itches and burns. Today, I actually had to get off the treadmill. I am assuming it is a circulation issue. Does anyone ever experience this? I asked my doc about it and he said not to worry.

I run everyday with a team and I lately have been feeling exhausted. It’s been about a month of running everyday, even though I didn’t prepare before I started. So, my legs have been really sore mostly every day. Will this eventually go away once my body adapts? Also are there any short term solutions to soothe sore muscles? And how about what to do to stop being burnt out from running?
I do take off Sunday and do non-intense cross-training.

I do not go out and run every day for a length, I do do physical activities and work out my legs. I currently jump about 2ft. If I start up a running routine, how much would this help my jump out?
