What current running shoe is most like the Nike Huarache made in the '90's with the neoprene interior?

I noticed Nike makes Huarache models currently for other sports, but not for running. This shoe was very lightweight and hugged your foot due to the neoprene interior and I’d like to know across all brands if there is a running shoe currently made with similar attributes. Thanks.

Can you use a surfing wetsuit to do a triathlon?

I’m doing a mini-triathlon in SF (my first) and don’t want to buy a new suit just to do the event. 1/2 mile swim. Non-competitive. Can I just use my current full wetsuit?

specs are 4/3 thick, 100% stretch neoprene,
just worried about putting extra wear on the suit and stretching it in the wrong places
hmmm…i’ve got two conflicting answers…any more opinions?

the swim portion will be in the san francisco bay which is usually around 50-52 degrees.
