My husband helped me create this video which cronicles my training for St. Croix 70.3 starting in November 2007. I gave a talk to some elementary school students to introduce them to triathlon, sports nutrition and what it means to have faith in yourself and your dreams. I can now say it was all worth it, I qualified for the Hawaii Ironman World Championships! See you in Kona 08!
