Can I train for a triathlon in one month?

It is a 25k bike ride, a 5k run, and a 1k swim. I am in good shape, I teach spinning (stationary bike) four times a week, I was a lifegaurd and consider myself a good swimmer, and I can easily run 5k. What are your thoughts?
I’m doing it for the experience, it is not very competetive, I do not care about winning too much. Im just wondering if I CAN do it…I just want to finish.
Also, maybe you can tell HOW to train…thanks.
