Will P90X help with triathlon training?

I have been doing p90x classic for one month now and am planning to do a triathlon in 3-4 months. Will p90x be beneficial with a triathlon training regimen?

Anybody have any good triathlon training websites or plans I can use?

Kinda bored with my current training regimen, and I need to break my plateau.
