“Eva” is one of the most popular and infamous workouts in CrossFit. It consists of 5 rounds of 800 meter run, 30 Kettlebell or Dumbbell swings with a 70lb KB/DB, and 30 Pull-ups. Brutal!!

the kb swings are not very good. you’re using a fairly heavy weight for a total of 150 reps. use your legs and hips more so that you don’t fatigue and/or hurt your lower back more than necessary. also, the swings only need to go to shoulder height. the dudes at 4:00 show better technique.
haha good catch, the ones at the start where wrong, the trainer was actually being tested on finding bad form threwout eva that day so we where all doing small things wrong he had to find! Also Russian swings are to shoulder, American swings are overhead! you know we had to go American!
