Okay, I am officially confused on correct burpee form. I see some demos where you squat, hands hit floor, then feet kick back to plank, pushup, feet kick back to squat position, and jump. I see others where people just kind of “throw themselves” to the floor (IE: feet kick back to plank from upright position before hands touch the floor) pushup, kick back in and jump.
Which is correct, or are both acceptable?
