    You guys aren’t power cleaning correctly. You are not racking the bar correctly. Elbows should point straight forward.

    Thank you barrysbody for pointing that out, we are aware the elbows should immediately point straight forward after getting under the bar and have used this video to correct Rico’s power clean. Thanks for your feedback!

    Nice job in getting the heart and lungs really pumping. I always enjoy doing things like this. I make up stuff at my house all the time: modified FRAN because I don’t have a chin up bar where I’ll do 21 squat thrusts, 21 bent over rows, 15 squat thrusts, 15 bent over rows, 9 squat thrusts, 9 bent over rows, wlking lunges down my side walk with 50 lb. dumbbells, do 300 jump ropes, arm curls, flutter kicks with ankle wieghts, and then try and repeat the process.
