amazing workout! I like to do pull ups too but i can only manage 15 maximum in one set. I like how you only do one, let go for s econd or two, then get back up there. very good!!!
pretty amazing. given the fact that he’s completely gone after the third set, then it just jumps to the eight set. would love to know how you did it all the way through. i bet i could only do two – three sets of this crazy workout! greats for arms though.

this is ridiculous! i’m just blown away by this guy’s performance. it’s hard to even comprehend this level of mastery! if you’ve tried to do anything close to this you know how incredibly difficult what he’s doing is. WOW
