    This is snatch balance BOFH64. Push jerk is pressed from the front of the body. Actually, this guy in the video is pressing the bar a little too much but nevertheless he is fighting to keep the bar overhead which is part of snatch training. When it comes to performing the snatch, the whole is always greater than the sum of it’s parts. Meaning, if you want to be good at snatching, perform the full snatch.

    fetimekele, I hate doing o-lifts with american pounds system. I train with KILOS and it’s the only way to measure against the rest of the world. Only in America do we use pounds. But most of the weightlifting community uses kilos.

    It’s a snatch balance, as the video says. Well known traditionally in most olympic lifting circles, obviously not known by you.
