    I usually avoid fruit juices before a race/run because they contain lots of acids that can upset the stomach. Afterwards chocolate milk is good because it has protein good for muscles

    Another great way of getting potassium is to (this may sound awkward but it works..) eat a packet of mustard 10 min. prior to a run. Been doing that on every run haven’t had a side cramp since!

    im sure anything he said would be better then what i did
    i ran 3.5 miles today and i came home ate few peice of fried chicken and then toped it off with a shit ton taco bell and rite before i ran i ate 2 fat burritos from chipotle
    to say the least i was cramping during my run
