Im a 15 year old high school runner. I run with heel striking but it gets the job done for me so I’m not sure what do do. I run a 4:57 mile 10:45 two mile and a 16:22 threee mile. Im torn and my coaches dont know. Should I change to forefoot and risk it or stay with heel striking?

IMHO, the most important thing is not whether your heal or toes hit the ground first but where you hit the ground in relation to your bodies CG. I suspect, at your age and speed that you have natural good form, but it is impossible to know without seeing. I predict your major problem as you get older and start running faster, is most likely going to be to prevent injury. Injury prevention might be the major benefit an “natural runner” such as yourself might see from PowerCranks training.
