    Coleman, Cutler and many others will be Probably be Dead by the time they are 65.

    If they do happen to Live past 65 , they will be very aged, Diseased and in alot of Pain.

    The Diets that typical Bodybuilders eat are very destructive to the body on a physiological Level.

    the Only reason they get away with it is they are relatively Young. Feed that kind of Diet to an older person with a Disease and they’ll be dead in 2 weeks.

    When you’re trying to cram down 5-6 balanced meals a day, taking a protein and creatine shake after a hard workout is just easier.

    You how easy it is to write “Eat correctly, and you wont need supplements” but to do it is a completely different thing.

    Dont eat like a Body builder, they are Morons !

    Eat for Strength, Health, and Vibrant appearance and energy with a long disease free life

    Sure you’ll get Strong eating a Body builders diet, but that type of diet is 1 sided, other than strength, its all downhill

    That diet will severely age you prematurely and wear out your Organs and tissues and you’ll be diseased in alot of Pain, or dead by age 60

    Not a smart way to eat

    So what you’re telling me is that if I eat 5-6 small meals everyday being a mixure of: chicken breast, tuna, rice, sweet potato, veg, oats, water, bananas, creatine/protein shakes and 2-4 litres of water, Im heading for a slow and painful death.

    Is that what you’re saying? Please be so!

    Tim I love it. The SYMPHONY of nutrients – the out-dated term “synergy” comes to mind. I have not taken ANY supplements for 25 years– I do not eat engines. You are not speaking on deaf ears. My clients get it. I get it. Anyone who goes totally raw gets it. Ahhh but that dreaded CHANGE factor– that is the only thing that should be encapsulated- the willingness to change– it should be given in injection form to all people!

    the vegan diet is rich in iron and calcium, much more so than a typical meat and milk diet…

    There are many different sources of calcium other then dairy products. Dairy isn’t even a good source of calcium. Only like 1/3 of is absorbed due to the Ca/Mg ratios.

    They ‘ claim’ their Products are Whole food supplements, but are they really ? Are they telling us the Truth ?

    im talking about e3Live, Vitamineral Green, Pure Synergy, MSM etc.

    Its promoted and Advocated all the time by Most Raw Food gurus and Teachers

    Ace- I have not taken any supplements for the last 25 years. I feel fine and honestly have moved on. I like to simplify health, not complicate it.

    These things are absolutely logical, but people are just not ready to except that as well as the whole raw/vegan/vegetarian philosophy. Christian, meat eater, myth follower, republican, wasp – sounds familiar? Is it you? Your neighbour? You like to be a sheep? Listen to yourself, not your neighbour, not your local priest, but first devise a new logic… it will take a generation or two, but humanity will be 100% vegan one day, I am absolutely sure of that fact
