why would you run on the road with all of the car exhaust and hard surfaces when you can run on beautiful soft trails?

Come run “The Greatest Race”, The “Dipsea” someday…you’ll love it, Cardiac Hill, Suicide, Steep Ravine.

The Dipsea “is” the greatest race.

Check out dipsea(dot)org and have fun. If you love running hills and trails this is the challenge for you. Our family has been running it since 1906 and we’ve still got energy for more. See ya on the trail.

I run on the road, because I have a certain course that i always do. Besides, the trail I have is ugly, very hard and compact, etc. It’s nothing like the video.
