    it’s always one of three ways that keeps me going when i wanna quit and have a hard time keeping myself motivated…i ask myself how i’d feel skipping a workout, the answer is usually worse than i do at the moment of asking. the second, is i just get going, and the motivation follows. Even watching videos like this one to get me up and off the couch. I once read that motivating ourselves is like cleaning ourselves, it gets the best results when done daily.

    I use this video to motivate me, it’s currently midnight where I am, and all I want to do is go run a triathlon as it is.

    agreed to some extent,
    except your use of “easy” .. an ironman isen’t “easy”
    nor is the training easy.
    However, i believe the term to be used would be Simple :P
    The training is rather simple in its form,

    - if it were easy, they’d call it football (;<3

    lol, u can train all u want, nothing, will prepare u 4 this, strong head, and one mother f**king load of water/ engery drinks will get u about 50% of the way, the last 50% u need a crap load of will power. Only problem is after u have done this nothing else fires up

    i bet it wasnt to much, i mean didnt you train like your whole life jsut to be in this race? im still training and im only 17,, but once im 18 ill be aloud to get in the ironman and i will love to finish it! i hope you do better next time!
