Long Distance Alpe d’Huez triathlon

Great triathlon, swimming in Lac Vaugany (2.2 km), cycling 115 km / 2900 altitude. Climbing the Alpe Grand Serre, Col d’Ornon and Alpe d’Huez. Running (22 km and about 350 altitude) at the top of the alpe d’Huez between 1800 – 2000 high. In 2009 I, Jantiene Hannessen from Holland, participate and had a lot of Fun in this race
