THX dude.
Great Video! It explains things building up from easy to more difficult.
well done, covers the essentials in a very clear way
thanks
thnx men!!;)
Very clear, very helpful. Thanks.
another tip is, the way i learned, because i could NOT flip straight, is to go down to the bottom and a do a handstand, come back up. then do a handstand and follow through with your head, to flip. then go down again, never touch the bottom, and swing your arms, like in the video. that’s only if you can’t flip straight. it helped out a lot for me.
1 wrong thing tho.. you should keep both hands in the side of the body when you are about to turn, you do not use ur arm to create the force of turning but your forwardforce.. thats what i learned//
ahh, very helpful tips!
This was very useful I followed the tips of this and went swimming the next day I can sort of do the flip turn now but not very good of course
Usefulness – extreme
Thank you so much!
what am i doing wrong if i get water in my nose everytime i flip?
If you take a breath just before you flip then lightly exhale through your nose during the flip that should keep any water from entering your nose.
It just takes practice. It took me like 6 months, and my flip turn is already better than this guy.
Thats a really shallow pool!! If you swim in deeper pools, it seems easier.
Fail
hmm… in….teresting !!!!
Very helpful video!
@lilylover911 blow air out of your nose
