I tried doing the sideways facing hog pose once but without much luck! Are there any tips for succeeding in that pose?

How do you achieve such great form, Tara? You’re awesome to watch. Do you use a mirror while exercising, like a dancer, or is this just the results of a lot of hard work? Happy Holidays.
