As a massage therapist and yoga student of 20 years i can say yoga is the ultimate exercise. If you have postural problems then this may be caused by the supporting muscles being weak thru lack of exercise. Postural awareness is so important to health and happiness. Its never too late to start and resuls can be felt after 1 session.
