Hi! I’ve been watching your videos and very much like your detailed presentation of posture & breathing. Till a year ago, I attended barre a terre lessons for 8 cosnecutive years and had reached a quite well state, but I moved to another city, where no such class is available. Would you please suggest a sequence of exercises to “unlock” again my joints and muscles? I’ve been trying to apply some class exercises but it is always safer with an instructor. Thank you very much for your time.
Esther I am so glad I found your videos, I can’t stop doing yoga now! Everyday I have to do it, thank you so much!
Much love from Canada!
i just started.this have gave me confidance that i will be able to move on to stonger poses.
lol we have chickens I thought they were ours I thought it strange the rooster would be crowing in the middle of the day!
The rooster crowing as the face is reaching the floor is just a nice piece of Jungian synchronicity, in a very nice posture by a skilled teacher.
tnx ai love yoga
